Celebrate Your Differences

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalm 139:14 KIV

God knew what He was doing when He made the first human prototypes. He made us male and female -- different by decision and design. Our strengths and weaknesses dovetail through a divinely inspired plan. This is especially true in a strong marriage relationship.

When you are tempted to scratch your head in dismay and mumble, "Why does my mate act that way?" realize that God created the two of you to complement each other. Your differences add strength and uniqueness to your marriage. Capitalize on the opportunity to prove that the whole really is greater than the sum of its parts.

MARRIAGE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE EACH OTHER.

Every Relationship Goes Through Stages

My friend, shares this video to me and I was so amazed because this really happens in every relationships. (but still depends on) Want to share this video to you from Wong Fu Productions. This is familiar to me because I also blogged AJ Rafael MV "When We Say" before and it was also amazing.

Every relationship goes through stages. Where and how each stage develops is ultimately up to each person. While we always hope for the best, we often can't avoid the inevitable.

Josh and Marissa are at a crossroads and their future is uncertain. Josh guides us through each stage of the relationship as it formed and as he predicts it will end up as. That's how love works :)

Give Your Answering Machine A Workout

So much they talk'd so very little said.

Home phone. Work phone. Cell phone. Some people can be reached anywhere at any time. Though it may be convenient, it can also become a time-wasting interruption and a source of stress.

Getting caller ID to screen unwanted calls is a small step toward independence. then let your answering machine do its job on a more regular basis. Don't answer the phone during dinner or "family times." Use e-mail. At work, schedule a morning or two a week where it's common knowledge that others should "leave a message." Schedule time to return calls in the afternoon when your energy is not as high. Don't ignore those who call; just fit them into a more appropriate time slot.

To Pick Up or Not to Pick Up, That is the Question.

Cook To Please

One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dine well.

Express your love in edible ways by taking time to prepare your spouse's favorite foods. Cooking a great meal of special treats is a powerful reminder to your mate that you are thinking loving thoughts. Even if you have no culinary skill, you can brew the morning's first pot of coffee.

Plan time out of your busy schedule to prepare one of your spouse's favorite foods. Don't wait for the next special occasion. Add fresh meaning to the term "comfort food." If you don't happen to be a great cook, get creative. There are many ways to put a delicious meal on the table.

MEALS PRESENTED BY LOVING HANDS SATISFY MORE THAN HUNGER.
